Cancellation Policy
Please see our Reservation Policy.
Based on our volume of reservations and patrons seeking reservations. We ask that if cancellation of your reservation is necessary, that you provide at least a 24 hour notice of cancellation to give other patrons the opportunity to enjoy the Heirloom experience. Day of cancellations will be charged a $25/person cancellation fee.
Parking
There is no designated parking for Heirloom restaurant, however, there is a public parking lot adjacent to the Heirloom building, as well as behind the building and across Main street in the gravel lot next to the train tracks.
Large Parties
Heirloom as the ability to serve parties as large as 12 people. Interested in hosting rehearsal dinners or private parties, contact our catering and private event page on our website.
Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
We work hard to accommodate all dietary restriction and allergies to make your experience special. We ask that if there are any restrictions, that you provide 48 hour notice along with your reservation.
Local Farms
We strive to source all of our ingredients from local farms from all over the southeast (NC, SC, GA, TN, VA). Our closest farm is 20 miles away. Our ingredinets are the culinary foundation of our Heirloom experience and are important to us. Our goal is to continue the story of each ingredient as it makes its way to your dish,
Gift Cards
You may purchase gift cards online as e-giftcards that can be emailed to the recipients with a customized message on the date that you select. You may also purchase physical gift cards at the restaurant. Gift cards are non-refundable, with no expiration and redeemable at Heirloom.
