At Heirloom, we have an incredible cocktail program that is built on seasonal creativity. With our rotating seasonal menus, we also look to change many of our cocktails to fit the season as well. Our hope is that you will be able to find inspiration in this role to be creative. There is a tremendous amount of opportunity for growth is this position, as we have a wide selection of spirits and a platform for creativity.
Along with duties behind the bar during service, we do have private events that we book to provide you another opportunity to showcase your talent and passion for cocktails.
We are looking for a candidate that can entertain. We do not have a TV at out bar and that is because we believe that when a guest comes to experience Heirloom's bar, they should feel important, because they are. We are looking for someone that is personable and has personality and pizazz.
We are looking for someone that has a drive and passion to provide excellent service to each and every guest. Being a fine dining restaurant, our guests hold our team to a high expectations to provide a truly memorable experience, form the moment they are greeted by, until the moment they leave.
Being a farm to table restaurant, we have a rotating seasonal menu that incorporates fresh and local ingredients as well as weekly specials and the occasional private event.
At Heirloom, it takes a team to provide excellent service and a memorable experience to each of our guests. This role is incredibly imporant to ensure service is timely and seamless. As a food runner, you will familiarize yourself with each dish and table numbers to ensure the transition from the kitchen to the table is fluid.
Our servers run food, but may be occupied by another table and unable to drop the food for their guests. You are crucial to ensure that each guests receives their cuisine to fulfill their experience at Heirloom.
